By 9 p.m., Qi Xu checked the summary report from the fully automatic collection arm.
Today, he’d obtained a total of 7 supply crates: two wooden, three bronze, one gold, and one silver.
Added to yesterday’s five silver and two gold, he had enough to keep him busy for a while.
Qi Xu moved all the crates under the vehicle and had Little Seven keep watch on the second level of the truck bed.

Out of the five silver crates, three contained monsters. But with his stats now boosted, even the monsters from silver crates weren’t much of a threat.
First was a wind-element Cyclops. The moment it appeared, it blasted Qi Xu with gusts. He leaned forward slightly, steadied his stance, and shot it dead.
The other two monsters were Blackthread Snakes. Qi Xu swiftly switched to his pink electric chainsaw.
Every swing landed precisely on the snakes—accuracy was never in question.
After killing the three monsters, Qi Xu opened all six silver crates at once.
"Self-heating hot pot ×36, sun hat ×1, ‘300 Classic Poems’ ×1, Donglai wasabi-flavored shrimp chips ×99, pet care package ×1, human doghouse ×1, cooling spray ×10, batteries ×26, gasoline ×26."
Not a huge haul, but since it included things Little Seven could use, Qi Xu was satisfied.
He took out the pet care package first.
Upon opening it, a doghouse automatically appeared, along with 10 bags of pet food, 10 packs of pet probiotics, a full set of pet bathing supplies, and finally, various bowls for meals.
Everything was there.
Qi Xu arranged everything beside his bed and told Little Seven, "This is all your stuff now."
Little Seven excitedly dropped the energy stone he’d been chewing into his new bowl and bounced around the doghouse, thrilled.
Watching him, Qi Xu felt his mood lift...
Then he moved on to the remaining three gold crates.
Qi Xu put on his [I Have X-Ray Vision] title to check. One crate held a fire-element Sharp-Beaked Eagle—a tough opponent—and no supplies.
So, Qi Xu stacked that gold crate in the corner with the other monster crates. Might come in handy later—great for screwing people over.
The other two crates were safe, so he opened them directly.
Inside: electric guitar ×1, vehicle storage box, 16-seasoning set ×1, high-end tea set ×1, Peppa Pig plushie ×1, cooling patches ×50, fully automatic DIY furniture clay, weapon enhancement cards ×6, vehicle upgrade card fragments ×20.
Qi Xu didn’t expect the vehicle storage box—super practical. It lets you carry your vehicle with you, avoiding situations where it’s left unattended at a site entrance and gets attacked by others or monsters.
To upgrade the pink chainsaw further, he’d need 20 weapon enhancement cards. For the pistol, 10. Since he didn’t have enough yet, he stored the cards in the first slot of his backpack.
Then he sent the seasoning set to Chinese Master Chef.
Finally, he examined the DIY furniture clay. It looked like kids’ playdough but was slightly firmer and came in fewer colors—just wood-toned. Along with the clay, there were small sticks, knives, and other tools.
Qi Xu opened a pack and molded a wardrobe first. The interior structure was tricky to shape neatly, but it auto-adjusted. He placed it at the foot of the bed and organized his clothes inside.
This freed up space in his backpack—otherwise, each clothing item would take up a slot, which was wasteful.
After the wardrobe, Qi Xu made a few hangers and two small stools. Eating on the sofa was a bit too high—bad for his back.
He saved the rest for future needs.
Now that he’d shifted his workouts to daytime, his evenings were more free. He played with Little Seven for a while.
By 11 p.m., Qi Xu was already sleepy, but he figured a dungeon might open tonight, so he browsed for workout videos online.
Sure enough, he was right.
