Not Close in Public, Preparing for Pregnancy in Private, Pampered with Affection Every Night

Chapter 382

The man grabbed the baseball bat from Tiantianquan’s hands, grinning smugly. He felt that, as a man, he had effortlessly subdued the two women in front of him and taken complete control of the situation.

The next second, Song Xinya smashed the baseball bat into his head, and blood sprayed everywhere!

With a thud, he collapsed like a sack of sludge.

Tiantianquan watched the scene, almost swooning from how cool Song Xinya looked.

“Holy crap! Yaya! I want to marry you!”

Song Xinya said, “Too late. I’ve already married a tall, rich, handsome man.”

Tiantianquan looked at the man sprawled motionless on the floor and nudged him with the tip of her foot.

He still didn’t move.

Tiantianquan asked, “Is he dead?”

Song Xinya replied, “If he’s dead, he deserved it. The world is down one more menace. That’s something to celebrate.”

“I don’t care if he dies. I’m worried you’ll go to prison!”

Tiantianquan had already pulled out her phone to call the police, but then she realized that if the cops came, Song Xinya would be the first one they arrested. With a whoosh, she shoved the phone back into her pocket.

That was Tiantianquan for you—

If her best friend killed someone, she handed her the knife.

If her best friend set something on fire, she poured on the gasoline.

If her best friend stirred up trouble, she fanned the flames.

If her best friend started a fight, she jumped in immediately.

Heaven and earth could be as vast as they wanted, but her best friend came first.

Whenever trouble arose, her instinct was to ask Song Xinya, “What do we do now?”

Song Xinya calmly analyzed the situation. “The most important thing right now is for us to get out of here, leave this dangerous place, and find somewhere safe.”

“Right, right, you’re absolutely right, babe.”

Song Xinya ran toward the door, with Tiantianquan close behind.

Click.

Song Xinya opened the door and escaped without a problem.

Tiantianquan had one foot over the threshold and was about to bring the other through when a hand reached out from behind and grabbed her by the hair.

“Ahhh! Fuck your mother! You grabbed my second face!”

The man yanked her back into the room by her hair.

Tiantianquan landed on the floor in a sitting position, clutching her butt with both hands. “Damn, that hurt!”

Blood streamed down the man’s face as he gave her a sinister smile. “It’ll hurt even more in a minute.”

“Pain in your damn father’s ass! You’ve already been beaten into that sorry excuse for a face, and you still think you can get it up?”

“You miserable piece of shit! How badly must your life be going for you to seek a sense of existence by raping women? If you’re broke, go earn money. If you have no skills, go learn some. If you don’t have a girlfriend, go pursue someone with your whole heart. You’re built like a barrel but barely taller than a stool, with nothing but a waist below your ass. Standing there, you’re not even as tall as three boxes of instant noodles stacked together. You look like Peppa Pig, yet you’re trying to play the domineering CEO and force some twisted love story? Use that duodenum running straight to your brain and think for once—do you have no shame? What you’re doing is illegal, got it?”

The man rolled his neck, and his bones cracked sharply.

“Keep cursing. I like your fiery personality. The more you curse at me, the more I like you!”

While she had been cursing him out, Tiantianquan had bought herself some time, and the pain in her butt had eased considerably.

She reached over and grabbed the baseball bat beside her, then scrambled up from the floor.

Raising the bat in front of her, she pointed it at the man. “My best friend didn’t hit you hard enough before, did she? If you’ve got even a tiny bit of sense left, get out of my house right now. My best friend will be back any second, and she’ll smash you over the head again!”

The man sneered coldly. “Stop fantasizing. Your best friend already escaped. Why would she come back? Of course she values her own safety. Do you really think she’d put herself in danger again just to save you?”

Tiantianquan insisted, “She’ll definitely come back for me!”

The man asked, “Then why isn’t she here yet?”

Tiantianquan froze for a moment and anxiously looked toward the doorway.

The door was open, but there was no sign of anyone, and she couldn’t hear even a single footstep.

The man advanced on her step by step. “I was going to be gentle with you, but it seems there’s no need anymore. Women like you are much more exciting when you’re handled violently.”

Imitating Song Xinya, Tiantianquan raised the baseball bat high above her head and brought it down toward him.

“Ahhhhhh!”

The man sidestepped and dodged it.

Good! That was exactly what she wanted! A silent fart wasn’t smelly, and a loud fart wasn’t silent—Tiantianquan had deliberately missed to make him lower his guard!

Sure enough, a confident, smug smile appeared on the man’s face. “You’d better just surrender. I should’ve told you from the start—you can’t hurt me.”

He wandered around the living room as if he owned the place, running his hand over the sofa and pressing down hard on it.

“This sofa is sturdy. I could use it to fuck you.”

Tiantianquan tiptoed around behind him, raised the baseball bat, and slammed it into the back of his head.

Bang!

“I’ll fuck your ancestors!”

The man’s legs went limp, and he dropped to his knees.

Tiantianquan raised the bat again and smashed it down on his head.

A scumbag like him deserved to die. If he didn’t die, she would.

The man realized he had let his guard down. After taking two blows to the head, his fury finally erupted.

He rolled across the floor, dodging the bat Tiantianquan brought down on him.

Tiantianquan refused to give up. She raised the bat again and swung it at his head.

The man reached out, grabbed the bat, and yanked it backward with all his strength, ripping it from her hands.

Tiantianquan opened her mouth and spat in his face.

“Tui! You goddamn bastard!”

Then she turned and ran.

As she sprinted toward the door, she screamed at the top of her lungs, “Help! Help! Murder! Somebody come save me!”

Just as Tiantianquan reached the doorway and saw salvation within reach, the man grabbed her by the hair again.

“You son of a bitch, you’re pulling my hair again! You bastard! You motherfucker! You mule-fucker! You donkey-fucker! You—ptui, ptui, ptui, ptui, ptui, ptui, ptui!”

The man shoved Tiantianquan down onto the sofa.

He clamped one hand tightly around her neck.

Tiantianquan struggled, but the harder she fought, the tighter he squeezed.

Within seconds, she could no longer breathe. She felt as though she were about to suffocate to death.

Just before she blacked out, she saw Song Xinya’s face.

Oh, great. Now she was hallucinating.

This time, she was really going to die.

Twenty-five years old. She was dying far too young.

The man held Tiantianquan’s neck with one hand while raising the baseball bat with the other. He wanted her to experience what it felt like to have a baseball bat smashed into her head.

But the bat he raised high never came down on Tiantianquan’s head. Song Xinya had rushed back and swung her own bat into it, knocking it away.

The baseball bat fell heavily to the floor.

Song Xinya raised her bat and smashed it into the arm the man had wrapped around Tiantianquan’s neck.

The man cried out in pain and sprang to his feet.

“Whoosh—”

The pressure around Tiantianquan’s neck vanished. She gulped down huge breaths of air.

She was saved!

Song Xinya—her wonderful best friend. Tiantianquan knew she would come back for her!

Tiantianquan wanted to throw her arms around Song Xinya and bawl her eyes out, but it wasn’t time to cry yet.

They still hadn’t escaped the danger completely.

She couldn’t hold Song Xinya back!

Song Xinya stretched out her hand.

Tiantianquan climbed off the sofa on all fours, her butt sticking up in the air, then grabbed Song Xinya’s hand. Together, they ran toward the door.

The man’s head and body were covered in blood from the beating. Any trace of lustful thoughts had completely vanished; now, all he wanted was to beat Song Xinya and Tiantianquan to death.

Both Song Xinya and Tiantianquan were slender, and he had thought subduing them would be easy. He never imagined he would take so many blows and suffer so much.

The man charged after Song Xinya and Tiantianquan like a vengeful ghost they couldn’t shake off.

Just as the two girls were about to escape through the doorway, he caught up with them. With one long stride, he planted himself in the middle of the entrance, blocking their way.

His blood-smeared face twisted into a vicious smile. “Let’s see how you two plan to escape now.”

Suddenly, terror flashed across his face.

A steel-like hand clamped around his neck from behind, forcing his head forward and smashing it hard against the wall.

Bang—the entire wall trembled!

Song Xinya stared at the man who had suddenly appeared, her eyes lighting up as she cried out in delighted surprise—
