So What If My Husband Is a Eunuch?

Chapter 36

An Sheng had no idea of A Mei's little thoughts. He gazed at the woman beneath him, both shy and obedient.

The depth in his eyes grew even more profound.

He said, "Silly girl, I can't hold back anymore. Tell me, is your husband's wife beautiful?"

His warm breath, unique to An Sheng, fanned across A Mei's thoroughly flushed little face, making her whole body tremble.

She... really... adored her husband like this.

A Mei actively wrapped her arms around An Sheng's neck and spoke in a delicate, coquettish voice, "Husband, you always know how to sweet-talk me."

An Sheng didn't reply. Instead, he simply lowered his head and captured her moist, plump little mouth.

He didn't let go until he had kissed A Mei nearly breathless, only then releasing the slightly swollen lips to trail kisses and gentle nibbles down her neck.

An Sheng loved the feeling of pressing A Mei against his chest and kneading her softness. Breathing heavily, he controlled the strength in his hands with great effort, afraid of hurting her. His torso was bare; his usually slender frame, once stripped of clothing, revealed a layer of defined muscle, like a hidden skill, only glimpsed by the most intimate.

The release of desire was particularly difficult for a eunuch. An Sheng was unwilling to... with A Mei, even though that way might be easier for him... A Mei was like a delicate flower, nurtured under his care... The satisfaction of being a man allowed his mind to reach... making his body more susceptible...

He guided A Mei to learn how to bring him pleasure as well. If asked whether he felt inferior in their marital intimacy, An Sheng thought, in front of A Mei, he did not. He couldn't change the tragic experiences of his childhood, nor could he alter the fact that he was now a eunuch. But now he had married A Mei. He cherished her, doted on her, satisfied her. Apart from being unable to give her a child, he believed he could gradually achieve everything a man could give his wife.

As for children, An Sheng sneered inwardly. He never liked children to begin with and had no obsession with continuing the family line or raising sons for old-age support. Having witnessed so many noble ladies in the palace perish from difficult childbirths, he had no desire to subject A Mei to such suffering.

Very good. This was how An Sheng thought.

Psychological pleasure more easily drew out physical sensations. An Sheng couldn't help but gradually lose himself in A Mei's unbearable moans.

Pitiful and clinging, A Mei presented herself unreservedly to her husband, her suppressed panting accompanied by uncontrollable trembling. Gradually, her body ignited as if set aflame, until it became utterly overwhelming.

Outside the window, the wind began to howl. Besides the sound of the wind, faintly discernible were a man's coaxing whispers and a woman's soft, panting whimpers. It was a long time before they slowly subsided.

The wind stopped.

An Sheng pityingly kissed the reddened corners of A Mei's eyes. Exhausted and drowsy, A Mei could only stare blankly ahead, letting her husband fetch a warm, damp cloth and gently wipe her clean.

Once finished, An Sheng tucked A Mei into the quilt. He gave himself a cursory wipe, lifted the covers, and with a natural movement of his arm, pulled A Mei into his embrace.

His large hands stroked along her soft curves.

A Mei's eyelashes fluttered. She closed her eyes, her heart fearing her husband might start again, and she couldn't help but burrow deeper into his embrace. "Husband, I can't take it anymore. A Mei doesn't want any more."

A faint smile flickered in An Sheng's eyes. He picked up a lock of A Mei's hair to play with, occasionally lowering his head to kiss her rounded shoulder, then her cheek, his face full of satiation.

"I know you're tired. Be good, sleep now."

A Mei hummed in agreement, sweetness welling up in her heart. She let out a coquettish murmur and soon fell into a deep sleep.

She had pleasant dreams all night.

When A Mei got up the next day, it was rather late. An Sheng was no longer by her side. Hehua was already waiting outside the door. Perhaps hearing movement, she spoke up:

"Madam, are you getting up now? Master An instructed this servant that if you woke, to tell you he had business and left early. If he hasn't returned before the midday meal, you are not to wait for him and should dine on your own."

A Mei acknowledged with a hum. Her complexion was rosy and radiant. She slowly stretched, her languid movements carrying an unconscious allure. "I'll get up now. Prepare the wash water."

"Yes, Madam."

A complete set of clean clothes was laid out by the bedside. A Mei didn't need to think to know it was her husband who had placed them there. The thought of him moving quietly to prepare her clothes while she slept soundly... such a wonderful husband. A Mei buried her face in the quilt, which still carried his scent. She took a deep breath, feeling the warmth in her chest spread from her core all the way to her feet. She truly felt like she was floating on clouds, so blissfully happy.
