The scene shifted to the next day.
The words “Date Day” appeared on the screen in big letters.
Everyone was eager to see which pair the production team would show first.
The scene then cut to the dining room.
Lu Nanxun and Ji Liuyue were sitting across from each other, eating breakfast. Liu Qingye walked in wearing a black skirt and asked blankly,
“Is there anything left to eat in the fridge?”
Lu Nanxun instinctively stood up.
He went back into the kitchen and rummaged around.
“Yeah. There are a few eggs, some bacon, and bread.”
Liu Qingye asked, “I like drinking strawberry milk. Is there any in the fridge?”
Lu Nanxun said, “Let me check.”
He searched through the fridge, then shook his head. “No.”
Liu Qingye lowered her voice. “Oh, okay. Then I’ll just eat something.”
Lu Nanxun asked again, “Do you want fried eggs? I can make some for you.”
Liu Qingye said, “I really want some strawberry milk.”
[Lu Nanxun is so considerate toward our Yezi!]
